Our new Jacksonville Campus is located in a completely refurbished facility in the Argyle Commerce Center conveniently located just off I-295 at the Blanding Blvd exit (#12). The campus address is 6600 Youngerman Circle and is just past Sam's Warehouse on the Northwest side of the street. The closest mall is the Orange Park Mall. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the school for easy access.
The campus itself has comfortable classrooms and well-equipped labs, plus a student cafeteria/lounge. Financial Services, Students Services and Career Services all have a strong presence on the campus. A new Cosmetology training center complete with program specific classrooms and The Spa at the College, a high-end open-to-the-public salon in which students will perfect their skills while working on real clients opened in August, 2009. (The Spa will Open in early 2010.)

The Federal Stafford Loans are low cost, need-based student loans designed to assist college students pay for education related expenses. Repayment of Stafford loans is deferred until six months after the student is enrolled less than half-time. The interest rate is fixed at 6.8% Nearly all students are eligible to receive Stafford loans regardless of their previous credit history. To be eligible you must first submit a FAFSA, demonstrate financial need as determined by your school, be a U.S. citizen or national, a U.S. permanent resident, or eligible non-citizen and cannot be in default on any education loan or owe a refund on an education grant.
The Federal PLUS Loan is non-need based loan. Parents can borrow a PLUS Loan to help pay your education expenses if you are a dependent undergraduate student enrolled at least half time in an eligible program at an eligible school. The interest rate on the loan is a fixed 8.5% rate, with repayment beginning immediately, unless the parent requests for a delayed repayment. In those instances, repayment can begin when the qualifying student is enrolled less than half-time. PLUS Loans are available through the Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program and the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program. Your parents can select to get loan from either program, but not both, for you during the same enrollment period. They also must have an acceptable credit history to be approved for the PLUS loan.
